The majority of property searches start online so our focus is on social media promotion and Rightmove. However, our not-so-secret weapon is the relationships we have with buyers in the local area who we can start talking to as soon as instructed.

What are your fees and terms?

Our fees are a percentage of the agreed sale price at completion. If you opt for our professional photography package, this is payable upfront and deducted from your final invoice at completion. A quote will be provided at our appraisal.We work on a Sole Selling Rights basis and we do not undertake Multi or Dual Agency contracts.We don't believe in tying clients into lengthy contracts. We want you to stay with us because you're happy with the service we provide, not because you're contractually obliged to.It's a simple approach built on trust, transparency and confidence in what we do.
