Founded by Nikki Davies in 2021, the business was built on a passion for people, property and delivering a truly personal service.

After five years working independently, Nikki welcomed Bex to the team in early 2026.

Together, they bring a wealth of experience, enthusiasm and local knowledge, sharing a genuine passion for helping people move. As a small, dedicated team, they pride themselves on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service with a personal touch.

We deliberately limit the number of properties we take on so that every client receives our full attention. You'll deal directly with Nikki and Bex throughout your sale. No call centres, no being passed from person to person and no chasing us for updates.

First impressions matter and in the digital world we live in, how your property is presented has never been more important. Exceptional property photography is essential (we offer professional photography and videography options), carefully crafted descriptions and high-quality presentation to showcase your home at its very best. Every property has its own story and our job is to make buyers want to be part of it.

Social media is a key component of our marketing strategy and on average our property videos get 9,000 views on Facebook and Instagram (Oct. 26)

We don't believe our job is done once your property appears on Rightmove. We actively engage with buyers, follow up enquiries, conduct informative and professional viewings and work hard to turn interest into meaningful offers.

Achieving the best price isn't simply about finding a buyer. It's about understanding motivation, recognising opportunity and negotiating with skill and tenacity. We look beyond the headline offer to consider the buyer's circumstances, financial position and ability to proceed.
